Trade relations with the CIS countries, except for Uzbekistan and Russia, Georgia are carried out on the basis of the Decree of the Council of the Heads of State of the CIS "On the rules determining the country of origin of goods" dated November 30, 2000. Trade relations with Uzbekistan are regulated by the earlier Decree of the Council of the Heads of State of the CIS dated September 24. 1993;
